One to one sessions offer a time to explore and consider how we live our lives using a range of approaches, including cognitive and behavioural theories, in a supportive non-judgemental environment that uses evidenced based practice in a relaxed, informal way.

Life coaching is not counselling - it is an opportunity to explore your goals and ambitions. Making time for yourself and investing in yourself is often overlooked. Life Coaching and Mentoring can address areas such as: Confidence, dating & relationships, family, jobs and careers.
